An affordable, clean, and quick way to make a cafe favorite at home. This syrup recipe will provide you with enough syrup to make lattes with a 32oz bottle of concentrate, but if you've purchased a 16oz bottle or aren't making lattes with all 32oz, feel free to halve the recipe.

Ingredients
1.5 cups brown sugar, packed
2 cups water
2 Sprigs of Rosemary
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
.25 tsp salt

2oz Kaldi’s Cold Brew Concentrate
6oz of your hot (140-160 degrees), frothed milk choice
Directions
For your simple syrup:
Combine brown sugar and water in a pot and boil, stirring continuously
Once water boils, add rosemary and let simmer for 3 minutes
Remove from heat and remove rosemary sprigs (if you want a stronger rosemary flavor, leave the sprigs in longer)
Stir in vanilla and salt
Let cool and transfer to a bottle or other container (you may have to strain the syrup before transferring)
Place syrup in the refrigerator. It lasts about two weeks
For your drink:
Add 2oz of Kaldi’s Cold Brew Concentrate to your glass
Add 6oz of hot, frothed milk to your mug (a 3:1 ratio of milk to coffee concentrate)
Add in 15g-20g (0.50 - 0.75 oz) of Brown Sugar Rosemary Syrup to taste
