For a sweet, delightful latte cherished by our cafe guests, the cinnamon cardamom latte always hits the spot. Prepare it hot or cold, in minutes, using our Cold Brew Concentrate. This syrup recipe will provide you with enough syrup to make lattes with a 32oz bottle of concentrate, but if you've purchased a 16oz bottle or aren't making lattes with all 32oz, feel free to halve the recipe.
Kaldi's Coffee
Ingredients
1 cup hot water
1 cup white sugar
15 grams cardamom
1 cinnamon stick (broken in half)

2 ounces Cold Brew Concentrate
1/2 ounce Cinnamon Cardamom Simple Syrup
6 ounces of your milk of choice
2 ounces of Cold Brew Concentrate
1/2 ounce Cinnamon Cardamom Simple Syrup
6 ounces steamed, heated, or frothed milk between 140 and 160 degrees

Directions
HOW TO MAKE CINNAMON CARDAMOM SIMPLE SYRUP
In a saucepan, combine hot water and white sugar until sugar is dissolved
Add cardamom and cinnamon stick broken in half
Allow to simmer for 5 minutes to incorporate flavors
Strain into a bottle or jar (can be kept for up to 2 weeks in a fridge)
Iced Cinnamon Cardamom Latte with Kaldi's Cold Brew Concentrate
Add Cold Brew Concentrate, simple syrup, and your milk of choice to a glass
Add ice and stir to incorporate
Hot Cinnamon Cardamom Latte
Add Cold Brew Concentrate, Cinnamon Cardamom Simple Syrup, and heated, frothed milk to a mug
Stir to incorporate all flavors
