LOG IN TO CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
You can access your Customer Portal through your Shopify account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.
Alternatively, you can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.
Having issues logging in? Some customers experience a rare error message when attempting to access their account. We've found that restarting your browser resolves it on many occasions. If you're still having issues, please email or call us!
CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION
In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the Subscriptions tab, click the Cancel link next to the subscription order you would like to cancel. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason.
UPDATE ADDRESS & PAYMENT INFORMATION
In the Address & Payment Details tab you'll find the current method of payment, email, and shipping address. To update your name and email, you'll click the home icon Edit your details.
If you have a new address or would like to ship your order to a place you are visiting, you'll click Manage addresses. You can store several addresses making it convenient getting your coffee wherever you may be.
Updating your payment method is simple. Just click Manage payment methods to edit, remove or add an additional form of payment.
SKIP A DELIVERY
Once logged in, click on View Upcoming Orders on the right to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would click Unskip next to the order. You may also edit an upcoming delivery in this section.
ADD A PRODUCT TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Within your subscription account click View your next order. Beneath your subscription order you may choose from a list of items eligible to be added to your next delivery.
After the product is chosen, you may determine if this is a one time purchase or if you'd like to add it as a recurring order.
CHANGE THE FREQUENCY, BAG SIZE AND QUANTITY OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:
Within your subscription account you may edit the frequency or quantity of your order by clicking Manage subscriptions. Here you will be able to change the bag size, grind option, quantity and cadence of shipments. This change will not affect other coffees within your subscription.
DISCOUNTS
Question: Do other discounts and special codes apply to subscriptions?
Answer: Most discounts exclude our subscriptions because recurring orders already include 10% off. However, there are times that we give subscription-specific discounts that can be applied to your order.
To apply these discounts, simply add the discount code on your upcoming order (Manage subscriptions -> View Your Next Order -> Add discount). The discount code will be removed after it is no longer valid.
