For the first time, we’re offering a natural process Kona coffee from the farm of our sister company, Honolulu Coffee. Limited to 1 roast, this incredible coffee carries with it powerful stories of persistence, dedication, and passion.
Our friends from Honolulu Coffee Farms have attempted a natural process on their prized Kona coffees many times. The natural process (where the cherry is left on the coffee seed to dry) requires dry weather, which is especially challenging to pull off in the wet and rainy conditions of Hawaii. Early attempts were met with a few too many challenges to meet their quality standards. However, the desire to experience the extra fruitiness and depth the natural process could provide to their coffees persisted.
This year, the farm team, led by Operations Manager Ryson Nakamasu, pulled it off. The result is a wonderfully sweet, tropical, and vibrant coffee, one where every sip feels like a treat to be savored. It's a singular story of the passion of the Honolulu Coffee Farms team that also speaks to the craft of coffee producers worldwide. It's a celebration of risk, trial and error, and ultimately triumph. It's a big story all in one great cup.
Limited to a single roast, this rare expression of their craft reveals a vibrant new side of Honolulu Coffee's Farm to Cup story.

Coffee from Kona has been a prized item for decades. There are many people that consider drinking Kona coffee a non-negotiable during their Hawaiian vacation, and it hooks many people for years afterwards due to its lovely balance, sweetness, and general vibe. It really has become synonymous with Hawaii itself.
In July 2025, this coffee was entered HCA 16th Annual Statewide Coffee Competition in the Creative Division Unpulped. Tasters listed descriptors like "lingering", "bright", "juicy", and "syrupy".
Brewing tip:
We recommend using water a little lower in temperature around 190-200°F to help highlight its acidity while still appreciating its depth.

We offer three different grind sizes on the vast majority of our coffee offerings: drip, espresso, and French press.
- Use drip grind if you plan on making your coffee using a coffee machine, in a pour over brewer, or if you want to try a newer way to make your trusty French press.
- Use espresso grind if you have an espresso machine at home. This grind will be very fine and will over-extract (in other words, taste bitter and chalky) in other methods.
- Use French press grind if you are making a coffee in the more traditional French Press method, or making cold brew, or do very large batches in a Chemex (greater than 60 grams of coffee).

Please visit our brewing page here. Coffee brewing is as much an art as it is a science, and it might take a few tries for you to find a sweet-spot that matches your taste preference. We recommend not getting too lost in the "right" way to brew, but instead focus on what you like and try to educate yourself on some best practices. And then just take it from there!
That said, we offer several how-to's for many popular brewers:
