KALDI'S COFFEE RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS
Our recurring subscription program takes the guesswork out of your coffee routine and allows you to craft it to your coffee needs. It’s as easy as:
- Select the blend you want, or opt for our rotating single origin
- Select how often you want it (defaults to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 weeks, but can be changed to days or months after you start your subscription through your customer portal)
- We’ll cover the rest! Your order is auto-generated from then on and you’ll receive notifications for charges and upcoming deliveries
Easy right? Your favorite coffee comes to you when you need it and you can cancel anytime.
TIPS AND TRICKS FOR YOUR COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION
But just setting up a subscription is only scratching the surface of what the program can do. Every subscription comes with a “Customer Portal” where you can make all sorts of changes and modifications, but there are also some really cool things that you can do to tailor your experience to your needs.
Our program also offers convenient management by text if you opt-in. Right before each one of your orders, you'll receive a text alert that also allows you to make changes from your phone. You can do things like delay the order if you have too much coffee or even switch the coffee you receive for some applicable subscriptions:

Want a little variety in your blends?
- Set up two subscriptions, one for Cafe Kaldi and the other for 700, or whatever blends interest you most. Have them rotate from week to week (or however often you want it) so that two weeks out of the month you get Cafe Kaldi, and the other two weeks you get 700. This is a great way to spice things up without having to do a thing.

Want a bag a little less / more often?
- Our recurring subscription program defaults to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 weeks, but once you sign up you can change this to anything you like. You can make it every 5 weeks, or 2 months, or 45 days, or whatever you wish! And you can modify the duration at any time should your needs or usage change.
- Ex: you drink a lot of hot coffee the cold months, but move to cold brew cans in the summer.
- Reminder: you can always easily adjust this through your SMS messages!

Need to skip a delivery because you’ll be out of town?
- Totally doable in your portal or via text! There's an option for "skip next delivery", and your subscription will pick up on the next scheduled date.
Ran out of coffee faster than you expected?
- Go to your account and change your next charge date to the following day. We'll get it roasted and shipped pronto.
- You can even use the text message service to get your order generated today! Just use the same text message thread and type, "modify order".
Love Decaf, but don’t drink it as quickly?

Set your caffeinated subscription to something like once every two or three weeks, but set a new Decaf Cafe Kaldi subscription to once every 7 or 8 weeks.
Other things you can do with a recurring coffee subscription:
- Change your billing and shipping address
- Cancel at any time
- Adjust the grind that you receive on blends

ROASTER’S CHOICE: SINGLE ORIGIN COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION
Our Roaster's Choice coffee subscription is a great option for those looking for a little variety mixed with a little certainty. Each calendar month we'll choose a new coffee out of our current selection, and you get to choose the best way to receive it.
GIFT COFFEE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Two facts: People love coffee. People love gifts.
This model is a little different where you pay upfront rather than as you go, but we have options for a 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month subscription for select blends and Roasters’ Choice. Other than that it works the same: set up the coffee, change the address when you check out, and then we will handle the order processing and delivery from there. You can even attach a little note to your recipient that we will hand-write for them!

We have also been known to throw in some “extras” from time to time for our subscribers. We can’t guarantee when or what, but we definitely enjoy including some tokens of our appreciation to those that trust us with delivering them their coffee.
