A blend of Ethiopian and Latin American coffees. We formulated Haya to be perfect as cold brew because its components yield the deep chocolatey notes you’re used to while having a delicate, floral overtone from the Ethiopian component. We believe this sets it apart from other cold brew offerings and yields an extra layer of refreshment to your cold beverage. But it works just as wonderfully as drip coffee, and chances are you’ll find a new favorite whatever way you make it.
A note on the Ethiopian component:
The vast majority of the time the Ethiopian component of Haya is from our long-time farming partners at Gera Estate, located in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. Since 2015, we have bought around 600 bags per year, and the consistency of their offering is a testament to their focus on quality. Their coffee serves as a centerpiece in Haya and is the reason for its inviting yet distinctive floral taste. We couldn’t be happier to present their craft to you.
