It can be hard to choose between three blends that have stood the test of time and have won hearts and minds around the country. Our Best Sellers Bundle makes choosing easy by removing the need to choose.
This coffee has been our house blend since we opened up our doors in 1994 and started roasting in our DeMun location. It is a blend of two roasts - one more developed to bring out deep sweetness, the other less to add complexity - that results in a perfectly balanced cup.
This blend has a caramel sweetness, smooth body, and dark chocolate finish that tastes great as both drip coffee and espresso. A staple for the home and for the espresso bar, and the perfect everyday coffee for any level of coffee lover.
This bold and toasty blend is dark, smooth, and sweet with a beautiful aroma. Exceptionally clean and balanced acidity accompanies a heavy body and pronounced nuttiness reminiscent of almonds. The sweetness is predominantly chocolate but includes hints of caramel. The flavor of fresh citrus fruits emerges from beneath the sweet spice notes in the finish.

We offer three different grind sizes on the vast majority of our coffee offerings: drip, espresso, and French press.
Please visit our brewing page here. Coffee brewing is as much an art as it is a science, and it might take a few tries for you to find a sweet-spot that matches your taste preference. We recommend not getting too lost in the "right" way to brew, but instead focus on what you like and try to educate yourself on some best practices. And then just take it from there!
That said, we offer several how-to's for many popular brewers:
Our blends run from medium-light to dark. You can get a full breakdown of the blends in our Blend Buying Guide.
700 is our medium-roast core espresso blend that also tastes great as drip.
Cafe Kaldi has been our house blend since 1994. It contains coffee from Ethiopia that gives it a touch of complexity.
Dancing Goats Blend is a little more developed and gives a bit bolder of a cup.
Highlander Grogg is a fan-favorite flavored coffee.
