Gone are the days of brewing hot coffee and waiting for it to not only cool, but diminish in taste. Toddy’s cold brewing system allows iced coffees to be brewed and consumed at their fullest potential.
Brewing cold coffee is a bit different than hot brewing. The coffee steeps in water for about 24 hours, rendering two quarts of coffee concentrate. Mix the concentrate on ice with filtered water at a 1-1 ratio (adjust according to taste).
