INGREDIENTS
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz Firepot Moroccan Jasmine Mint tea syrup*
.5 oz Iced Firepot Moroccan Jasmint Mint tea**
* To make Firepot Moroccan Jasmine Mint tea syrup, combine 8g tea and 12 oz 190°F water and steep for 2 minutes, strain. Stir in 12oz sugar and let cool.
** To make Firepot Moroccan Jasmine Mint tea, combine 8 g tea and 8 oz 190°F water and steep for 2 minutes. Strain over 150 g ice.
RECIPE
1. Combine lime juice, Firepot Moroccan Jasmine Mint tea syrup, Firepot Moroccan Jasmine Mint tea, and ice in a shaker
2. Shake well
3. Strain over fresh ice and serve, no garnish
