This year's 'Tis the Spooky Season mimics the coffees behind our yearly holiday blend, 'Tis the Season. Coffees from Asia-Pacific and Ethiopia come together to make something sweet, chocolaty, and even a little earthy.
We are proud to include a new coffee from our partners at Kanamad Estate in India. This year, we purchased two coffees, one a previously-released anaerobically processed coffee and this naturally processed offering. We love the big sweetness the natural brings to the blend and how it pairs with the citrusy sweetness from Ethiopia Bensa Shantawene.
Roasted medium-light, we're accentuating each coffees' bountiful sweetness in order to hit a flavor profile that reminds us of a great night of trick-or-treating and a basket full of candy bars and sugary sweets.
