This spring, as flowers come into bloom after a dark winter, we’re celebrating the return of long, warm days with our Flower Series. Alongside our Fresh Mint Latte, we’re proud to present two flower-inspired drinks from two team members.
Both of these new drinks are delicious, but we think they have that little extra bit of special as they show off the talent and creativity of our team members. Each drink below has a short video where you can hear directly from them about their inspiration!
Join us on the lighter side of cafe life this spring, as we spotlight these floral delights:
- The Cherry Blossom Spritz
- The Lavender Matcha Latte
While gin and its juniper berries have long been the most widely used floral base in cocktails, every flower in the field is fair game for mocktail lovers. Calling on our tea partner, Firepot Nomadic Teas, we had our pick of the garden, and came back with cherry blossoms paired with hibiscus and lavender infused amai matcha.
Cherry Blossom Spritz
Created by lead barista Jalen Kelly, currently rocking the bar at our Skinker location, the Cherry Blossom Spritz was inspired by his love of Japan’s hanami, or cherry blossom festivals. Check out the video for a short description and a haiku he wrote, inspired by this caffeine-free, spring delight.
Ingredients: Club soda, cherry juice, agave, oat milk, Hibiscus Elixir Botanical Blend from Firepot Teas

Lavender Matcha Latte
Anna Zherebnenko craved a sweet lavender latte as the days grew longer, and applied her experience as lead barista at our Euclid location toward the creation of our Lavender Matcha Latte. Starting with dried lavender buds from Firepot Tea, she created a simple syrup base, pairing it with the spring fresh earthiness of amai matcha. Here she is to introduce another floral celebration to our cafes.
Ingredients: Lavender simple syrup, powdered matcha, choice of milk
Available hot or iced
