Enjoy the cooling refreshment of our Key Lime Cold Brew Seltzer, with the same recipe our cafes use every day. Iced drinks are easier than ever to make at home with our Cold Brew Concentrate.
Ingredients

5oz of Key Lime juice (approx. 10 Key Limes)

16oz Water
-
16oz of Granulate Sugar
-
0.5 TSP of Vanilla Extract

Kaldi’s Cold Brew Concentrate
-
Club Soda
Directions
How To Make our Key Lime Simple Syrup
Bring 16oz of water to a simmer, remove from heat
Add sugar to water and stir until dissolved
Add 5oz of key lime juice to mixture
Add 0.5 TSP of Vanilla to mixture
Allow to cool and refrigerate. Hold time is 1 month when refrigerated.
How to make our Key Lime Cold Brew Seltzer
Combine 6oz club soda, 2oz Cold Brew Concentrate, 1.5oz of Key Lime Simple Syrup
Add ice, stir, and enjoy!
