Kaldi's Subscription Rewards
Subscription Rewards are our way of thanking our loyal coffee subscribers. Every eligible subscription purchase via kaldiscoffee.com earns rewards, and the more orders you have, the more you can get back on a future purchase.
HOW IT WORKS
Every eligible order completed via your coffee subscription automatically earns Rewards. These Rewards are applied to your account and can be manually redeemed to be used on a future order.
Our Rewards system is structured like this:
- Consecutive orders 1-9*: Earn 2% back on eligible items
- Consecutive orders 10+: Earn 4% back on eligible items
This means the longer you have your subscription, the more you will earn back.
HOW TO REDEEM
Log into your account at any time to apply your earned Rewards to your next order. Simply click "Auto-apply to the next order" and you are set.
You can choose to accrue points over time or use them as you get them. The choice is yours.
RULES AND STIPULATIONS
Who is eligible for Rewards:
Kaldi's Rewards are exclusively available to those that have an eligible coffee subscription via kaldiscoffee.com. Rewards do not generate for one time purchase products (i.e. non-subscription). Rewards points are based on the number of subscription products purchased. In-cafe, grocery, and other business purchases do not apply. Kaldi's Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.
How to earn credits:
- All eligible orders receive credits (i.e. cash-back that can be used on future orders). These credits are automatically applied to your account after the successful completion of the order.
How "streaks" work*:
- To move up from 1 to 2, 4 to 5, etc... orders must be consecutive with no cancellations
- Cancelling your subscription breaks the order continuity
- Ex: If you made it to order 7 without cancelling, and then cancelled, any new subscription would start at "Order 1" for earning Rewards
FAQs
Q: Do my Rewards Points from the cafes apply?
A: No. This program is separate from the Kaldi's Coffee loyalty program run by our cafes. Points do not transfer and cannot be redeemed for a web purchase or vice versa.
Q: I cancelled my subscription and used to get 4% rewards. Can I return to 4% if I restart my subscription?
A. Your new subscription will begin again at 2%. You will get back to earning 4% rewards after completing 10 consecutive orders without cancellation.
