This drink is one of the most popular items in our coffee shops. No matter the time of year or the time of day, it makes a perfectly sweet companion for any morning or early afternoon.

Iced Vanilla Latte with Kaldi's Cold Brew Concentrate

The vanilla simple syrup recipe makes about 40 servings and creates the base for an excellent Iced Vanilla Latte. The recipe is made ever easier with our Classic Black Cold Brew Concentrate. This concentrate replaces the traditional espresso shot, so you don't need any fancy or expensive equipment for an exceptional drink. With just a few pours, you're ready to go. 

We highly recommend using oat milk to bring out an extra layer of creaminess, but it works just as well with any milk of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 6oz of your milk choice
  • 2oz of Kaldi’s Cold Brew Concentrate
  • Vanilla beans/vanilla extract
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 5 cups water
  • 3.5 oz vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine the ingredients for the Vanilla Simple Syrup
  2. Simmer to melt/dissolve (takes 8-10 minutes when using cooler water). Once it’s dissolved, decant pot into a measuring cup or small pitcher
  3. Add 2oz Cold Brew Concentrate
  4. Add 6oz of milk or alt milk of choice
  5. Add 0.50-0.75oz of vanilla syrup
  6. Add ice and enjoy!
