The vanilla simple syrup recipe makes about 40 servings and creates the base for an excellent Iced Vanilla Latte. The recipe is made ever easier with our Classic Black Cold Brew Concentrate. This concentrate replaces the traditional espresso shot, so you don't need any fancy or expensive equipment for an exceptional drink. With just a few pours, you're ready to go.
We highly recommend using oat milk to bring out an extra layer of creaminess, but it works just as well with any milk of your choice.

Recipe Note
- When covered properly, the vanilla syrup will last 1 month in the refrigerator and makes enough for about a month's worth of daily drinks.
- You can substitute the vanilla extract for fresh vanilla bean (like we do in our cafes).
- Kaldi's Cold Brew Concentrate can be found in our cafes and soon in local grocers. See our page for more information.
- Of course, you can make your own cold brew too! Learn more about brewing your own with our blog, 5 Things to Know about Cold Brew. Or, if you have a French Press, follow our recipe on our "How to Make Cold Brew in a French Press" blog.
- You can also make a strong coffee concentrate in an Aeropress for the coffee portion.
