Easy At Home Iced Ube Latte with Cold Brew Concentrate

Your response to our Iced Ube latte is always so overwhelmingly positive, that we wanted to give you our recipe, so you can make it any time throughout the year. In the past, latte recipes were tough to provide, as making espresso at home is always a challenge. But, with our Classic Black Concentrate, these drink recipes are easier than ever before.

Iced Ube Latte Recipe feat. Cold Brew Concentrate

This at-home version of our hit Iced Ube Latte is easier than ever to create, using our Cold Brew Concentrate instead of espresso.

And if you have an espresso machine, that great! Just substitute your best pulled shot for 2 ounces of our Cold Brew Concentrate.

Ingredients

  • 25 grams Ube Powder
  • 1.5 Cups Sugar
  • ¾ of a Tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 16 oz Hot Water
  • 6oz of your favorite milk or milk substitute
  • 2oz of Classic Black Cold Brew Concentrate
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Rehydrate Ube powder by combining with 8 oz hot water over heat.
  2. Stir continuously for 5 minutes or until mixture issmooth.
  3. Add remaining 8 oz of water and sugar. Stir untilsugar dissolves.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes then remove from heat.
  5. Stir in vanilla and salt.
  6. Refrigerate (for up to 14 days). Makes about 10 servings.
  7. Add 1.5 oz of Ube Concentrate to glass
  8. Add milk and stir
  9. Add Ice, then pour 2 oz of concentrate or espresso over ice, photograph, and stir.
  10. Enjoy!
