Iced Brown Sugar Rosemary Latte with Cold Brew Concentrate

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • .25 tsp salt
  • 2oz Kaldi’s Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 6oz of your milk choice

Directions

  1. Combine brown sugar and water in a pot and boil, stirring continuously
  2. Once water boils, add rosemary and let simmer for 3 minutes
  3. Remove from heat and remove rosemary sprigs (if you want a stronger rosemary flavor, leave the sprigs in longer)
  4. Stir in vanilla and salt
  5. Let cool and transfer to a bottle or other container (you may have to strain the syrup before transferring)
  6. Place syrup in the refrigerator. It lasts about two weeks
  7. Add 2oz of Kaldi’s Cold Brew Concentrate to your glass
  8. Add 6oz of cold milk to your glass (a 3:1 ratio of milk to coffee concentrate)
  9. Add in 15g-20g (0.50 - 0.75 oz) of Brown Sugar Rosemary Syrup to taste
  10. Add ice and enjoy
