Kaldi’s Coffee Roasting Company is looking for Warehouse Team Members to join our Roastery in St. Louis, MO.

Position: Warehouse Team Member

Reports to: Director of Operations

Pay: $18-$20/hour

Position Description

Our ideal candidate is personable and energetic, learns quickly, takes pride in accuracy, and pays attention to details. This position’s hours would be FIRST SHIFT Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities include:

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Member to assist with daily operations on our 12oz coffee packaging line. This role is hands on and production focused, responsible for working with a small team, maintaining quality and efficiency, and ensuring daily production targets are met safely and accurately.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable leading by example, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Operation of pallet jacks and forklifts is a part of the job; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  
  
• Adequate mobility to continually walk and stand, pull orders from various shelf heights and ability to lift up to 40 lbs on occasion.
  
  
• Must be able to read and understand English.
  
  
• Basic computer proficiency is preferred, including standard knowledge of Microsoft Office and Chrome.
  
  
• Must be able to pass felony background check and pre-employment drug test.

This position is to be located at the Kaldi’s Coffee Roastery in St. Louis, MO. Wage commensurate with experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily production on the 12oz packaging line, ensuring output, quality, and accuracy standards are met
• Monitor quality control points (labels, weights, seals, dates, SKUs)
  
• Ensure production tickets and batch requirements are followed correctly
  
• Communicate with Operations, Roasting, and Shipping teams regarding priorities and constraints
  
• Identify and help resolve bottlenecks, errors, or equipment issues
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  
• Model punctuality, accountability, and team first behavior
