For the second consecutive year, you and other Kaldi's Coffee fans showed up early and often to vote us #1 in USA Today's 10Best Readers' Choice Awards for Best Coffee Chain. We couldn't be more grateful.

This kind of recognition is most impactful for the hard working team members throughout Kaldi's Coffee. Getting the chance to roast and serve you coffee is rewarding on its own, but this win is a little reminder that what we're doing is making an impact. 

Here, we're dedicating the honor to our team by showing off just a few of the many, many faces that have allowed us to make incredible coffee experiences, 31 years strong.

TWO YEARS RUNNING: BEST COFFEE CHAIN 2024 AND 2025 

In 2024, we were pleasantly surprised to see our name alongside some of the biggest in coffee. As a relatively small, family-owned, locally operated brand, we felt honored just to be included. That honor turned to awe when our fans showed up, early, often, and in force, to help us claim the #1 spot in the Readers’ Choice poll.

In 2025, after another year focused on improving our sourcing, roasting, guest service, drinks, and everything we touch, we were excited (and a little anxious) to be listed again. Over the past year, we strengthened our Rewards program with more customization and recognition, launched our first app, released a delicious cold-brew can, and kept roasting the best coffee we’ve ever tasted. We put out the word to our guests and loyalists and crossed our fingers, and just like in 2024, you showed up and helped us reach #1.

GREAT COFFEE IS BUILT THROUGH GREAT RELATIONSHIPS

Great coffee is made better through wonderful relationships. We know this to our core, whether it's the long time producing partners that we work with or the daily guest that we see at our cafes. This recognition as "Best Coffee Chain" is an indication that we are doing things right, and for the right reasons. 

Our pledge is to keep growing these relationships, day by day, cup by cup.
