Few coffees ring in summer like a fruity dry-processed Ethiopian coffee does, and this one—our first from the Halo Bariti cooperative in the Gedeo Zone—doesn’t disappoint. This particular Worka subregion has some of the highest elevations in all of Ethiopia, which results in some stunningly unique cup profiles, and that’s saying a lot for a country as diverse in profiles as Ethiopia. It’s a relatively underdeveloped area, and a fairly new cooperative, so we’re excited to see what the future has in store for Halo Bariti. We’re offering this online in a limited release for just a few weeks, so grab a bag (or two) while it’s here!
