Natural-processed Ethiopian coffees are always some of our most popular — deep fruit, floral, and full of flavor. This latest from Mansa in Western Guji fits that bill perfectly. These 550 small holders bring their coffees to to the Fikadu Boru processing station, where site manager Boru Galcha ensures meticulous care of every stage of processing for their coffees. By sorting them carefully and turning them frequently, they achieve a clean, consistent cup, one that’s rich and vibrant. As the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia is home to a seemingly infinite number of unique coffees. We’re excited to share just one more of those with you.
