Our Hibernation blend is meant to mimic the changing of the seasons. As these last months of winter chill slowly give way to spring, so this coffee spans the seasons with its blend of flavors. When we choose our coffees for Hibernation, we look for flavors that match the transition from the rich flavors of winter into a lighter, more refreshing taste of spring. This year, we combine the wintery notes of our Papua New Guinea Baroida with the spring-like freshness of a Kenya AA microlot to create the warm and refreshing flavors perfect for this season of change.
