Brown Sugar Rosemary Old Fashioned

Our Brown Sugar Rosemary latte has been a staple in our cafes for the past few years! Our team makes this syrup from scratch almost everyday! This rosemary infused brown sugar simple syrup is the perfect addition to a winter cocktail. 

To make the syrup, bring water and brown sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and add two sprigs of fresh rosemary, cover and let sit for a few minutes. Let the rosemary sit a little longer if you desire a stronger flavor. 

To make the old fashioned you will need:

  • 2 ounces of StilL 630 RallyPoint Rye Whiskey
  • 1 ounce Brown Sugar Rosemary simple syrup
  • 2 dashes bitters (we used homemade apple and chai bitters)

Stir in ice, serve up in a glass. Garnish with rosemary and cinnamon.
